Behind The Trailer
Hi everyone, Marc here! After 20+ years working in some fantastic hotels and pubs across the Lake District, I decided it was time for a new challenge, so I put all my eggs in one basket and jumped into outdoor catering!

In early 2020, I launched The Flatbread Trailer, serving up loaded flatbreads and BBQ menus at caravan sites around the Lakes. That year brought its challenges, but we weathered the storm and have grown from strength to strength ever since.
​
Today, alongside our regular caravan site locations, we cater for all kinds of events, from weddings and beer festivals to village fêtes and private dining experiences.
